How does your booking deposit system work?
Booking deposit is non-refundable. Base on renting period Charges are $300-$1000/Rental.
How long does the $1000 security deposit refund to my credit card take?
It will typically take up to 7 business days for it to finish processing and appear on your customer statement.
What is your pickup and return policy?
Note that we charge by days, not nights (min. 5 days). We offer pickup after 9AM and return service before 5PM. If you would like an earlier pickup or later return time, we charge an extra $50, depending on selected trailer (if you've paid the extra charge but actually picked up after 9AM or returned before 5PM, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund).
What is your mileage policy?
We offer the first 500km free of charge per trip. Every extra km would cost $0.20, but you could choose to purchase, upon booking or at time of pickup, one of our two mileage packages (either 500km more for $75 or 1000km more for $100).
For every 3500km, we have a licensed technician that offers service for tires, brakes, grease seal, and inner/outer wheel bearing change.
Are pets allowed inside the trailer?
Yes, Pet charge will apply.
What is your renter checklist and agreement?
We have a renter checklist which includes a few simple tasks (paperwork, tire inspection & features check, etc.) that should be completed before you can tow away your designated trailer.
*There is no insurance coverage related to the current pandemic with COVID-19, any issues resulting from the pandemic with COVID-19 virus will not be covered, all related claims would be declined.
Cleaning and disinfecting Note:
* Due to the current situation with COVID-19, all our trailers are thoroughly sanitized according to guidance issued by Public Health Government of Canada and same standards will be applied to all our renters. Each renter is required to sanitize each rental unit before returning the trailer.

Which payment methods do you accept?
What are the renter requirements?
Renters (minimum age of 26) who will be driving must be fully licensed in Class G for a minimum of 8 years (excluding time spend in G1 and G2). Each renter who will be driving is allowed 2 moving violations within the last 3 years and 1 at-fault accident within the past 6 years (drivers exceeding these limits will be declined). We have a mandatory questionnaire for renters who will be driving to ensure that this is the case.
In addition, before returning, you must ensure that the trailer is reasonably clean both inside and outside. You must also have had the Black water tank emptied. If not, a $100 cleaning charge will apply.
We accept Interac e-transfer, your email address is required.
*Note that there will be a 3.5% Paypal or Square credit card service charge for payments.
